Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow the shipment progress.

Ink’d produces each item custom and on-demand. As such, all sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. Please consult all size charts and current items of the same brands.

If there are any concerns, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us. • Return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 

Bulk Orders & Artwork

Ink’d is able to produce orders in bulk for apparel and promotional items. If you have any questions or would like ideas, pricing or recommendations, please contact behappy@inkdstores.com

Yes! All bulk orders receive a proof. For on-demand web orders, the online image serves as the product’s proof.

Ink’d offers bulk discounts for orders over 24 units of the same item with the same decoration. 

The higher the resolution the better. AI, EPS or SVG files work the best.

Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!

Yes! It is important to note, product colors may appear different based on the substrate. For example, viewing a color on a backlit LED computer screen and in thread or ink on fabric, do not appear exact to the eye.

Shipping

Each order has an approximate ship date, 3 weeks from the time the order is placed. Need a rush? Just ask

Yes! We offer $14 flat rate shipping on all our webstore orders

Payments & Privacy

Sales from Ink’d Stores will appear as Cirrus Fitness, LLC dba Ink’d Stores on most major credit card statements. 

We accept all major credit cards, ACH, cash and business checks.

Ink’d recognizes your concern about privacy and security and does not store any of your financial information. 

Customer Service

We charge you only for what you ordered. If you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us at wecare@inkstores.com and we will resolve the issue.

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

All sales are considered final and items cannot be returned or refunded.

We want you to be satisfied, so if for some reason you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or there is an error in the decoration, please contact wecare@inkdstores.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
